“Qi” also known as life force, is the energy that flows through your body. Qi Gong is a practice to improve that flow of energy within your body, mind, and spirit. This practice helps with a range of health challenges, such as high blood pressure and chronic stress. It also improves cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic and digestive functions!
Join us for a morning QiGong class taught by Lisa Li, certified QiGong instructor and founder of The Qi.
